About the Role

Clean Buildings is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Specialist to ensure the successful execution of on-site assessments, maintenance tasks, and client communication. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who value quality service, have technical expertise, and enjoy working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed on-site assessments of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment to identify service needs.

• Perform maintenance and service tasks, including soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, and more, in alignment with company standards.

• Clearly communicate with clients regarding services rendered, findings, and any necessary follow-up actions.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring timely reporting to management.

• Uphold company safety standards and follow best practices in all field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong technical knowledge of tools, equipment, and processes relevant to our services.

• Self-motivated and capable of making informed decisions independently in the field.

• Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.

• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, at heights, and with industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Adherence to all company safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory.

• Background checks will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

• Availability: This is a part-time position requiring availability on weekends and weekdays. The majority of work during the training period will be performed on weekends, so weekend availability is a must. Full-time opportunities may be available based on performance and company needs.

Preferred: Experience in soft washing, pressure washing, or window cleaning. Certifications such as OSHA 10/30, first aid, or fall protection training are a plus.
